Ornament arrived and is so cute! Had it personalized and it was a lovely calligraphy lettering. It came boxed very securely with bubble wrap and double boxing to keep it safe. Also had a nice thank you card with a little candy cane attached. What a great idea to get repeat customers! This was my first purchase with Bronners. I’m in NC so can’t visit the store but if I ever get to Michigan I’ll go visit! I was very impressed with the product, the shipping and the extra care, I will definitely keep this on my list of great vendors. Thanks Bronners!
