Hot Shot Archery Contest 2019

Frankenmuth, MI - Local media celebrities aim at $1,014 in prize money for their favorite charities on February 1, 2019, at Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland’s 12th Annual Hot Shot Local Media Celebrity Archery Contest.

The preliminary round of Bronner's Hot Shot Local Media Celebrity Archery Contest will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the south checkout. Three entrants will advance to the final round for a shot at the grand prize. The winner will earn a check from Bronner's for $1014 for his/her favorite charity. The other two finalists, along with entrants not advancing to the finals, will earn checks from Bronner's for $100 for their favorite charities.

Ten local media celebrities competed in the friendly archery shoot:

  • Tom Lounsbury with the Tuscola County Advertiser for Tuscola County Imagination Library
  • Jeremy Fenech with Fox 103.9 for the Johnny Burke Children’s Foundation,
  • Peter Brooks with 997 Family Life Radio for Youth Haven Ranch,
  • Stephanie Confer with CK 105.5 for the Children’s Miracle Network,
  • Ahmad Bajjey with NBC 25/Fox 66 for The Rainbow Connection,
  • Hugh Bernreuter with MLive for The Diaper Alliance, and
  • Ray Storey with Mix 106.3 for Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan

HOW CAN I HELP?

The public was invited to attend and cheer on their favorite media celebrities. Each archer will earn five points in the preliminary round for each fan who attends and registers his or her support prior to 10:30 a.m., the start of the contest.
