Decorative Tucks

Decorative tucks are a beautiful, cost effective way to fill your tree with texture and eye-popping color! And best of all? They are super simple to create!

SUPPLIES|
• Crackle ribbon (or wire-lined ribbon)
• Chenille stems
• Scissors
• Ruler

STEP 1| MEASURE
Measure 14"-15".

STEP 2| CUT
Cut at an angle.

STEP 3| REPEAT
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for all colors until you have strips cut for your desired amount of tucks.

STEP 4| STACK
Stack Strips. Vary color from tuck to tuck to create diversity, or stack colors in the same order for uniformity. Locate the center and pinch together.

STEP 5| TWIST
Wrap the chenille stem around the strips and twist twice.

STEP 6| FAN
Gently tug strips apart to fan colors.
