Cookie Holder
Looking for a quick gift idea or a cute way to give away some yummy home-baked cookies? Our simple cookie holder can be crafted in just minutes!
- Paper Plate
- Scissors
- Tape
- Decorative Ribbon & tag (if you wish)
STEP 1| FOLD
Fold the paper plate in half.
STEP 2| CUT
Cut half a heart shape, unfold.
STEP 3| FOLD
Horizontally fold the heart into thirds, the middle section creates the base which will hold the cookies. (We chose to fold in uneven thirds so that the humps of the heart would display higher than the point.)
STEP 5| CUT
Cut 4 slits, 2 on each side, to the inside plate rim. Fold the middle flaps upward.
STEP 6| TAPE
Fold the outer flaps in and secure with tape.
STEP 7| DECORATE
Punch holes in the front or around the outer edge to lace ribbon through for a pretty embellishment.
