What a beautiful store. I hesitate to use the word store as Bronners is a magical experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful! For someone who loves Christmas this was a dream for me. We were visiting from California and I can hardly wait to come back!!!

I have been coming to the the world's greatest Christmas store every december since 1989. it is a family tradition to come here the 1st wee of december every year to shop at Bronners. They have every kind of gift imaginable for Christmas. The store staff is very friendly and helpful. This year I left my case pocketkinfe on a disply table and I was on my way home about 130 miles from the store when I realized I had left it at the store. I called them and the knife was found at they sent it to me at no charge. How many places would do that in today's society. I will continue to return shopping in the store for as long as I am able to do it. Keep up the good work.

I have visited Bronner's during every year of my life. For 28 years, our visits have been eagerly anticipated for months in advance. Few experiences are as joyful for me as walking into the main rooms and seeing the displays stretch to the ceiling. I am leaving this note to show my support for the store, and to thank you for years of happy memories. I've been following the news regarding the vandalism and like most Michiganders, I am outraged that such a beloved part of my childhood was so viciously attacked. To me, Bronner's IS Christmas, and I want to express my gratitude during this frustrating time. The impact you make upon Michigan families who visit yearly is not able to be expressed in words, it is simply the definition of the Christmas spirit.

My first visit was almost 2 years ago with my husband and 2 year old son. We spent over 3 hours and bought ALOT of ornaments. When we went to our hotel that night we decided before we left for hom in the morning we would go back and get just a few more things. Now about 2 years later I am taking my son and nephew back to get a few things that have broken and maybe a few extras. LOVE LOVE LOVE the personalizing that is done. Can't wait we leave tomorrow.

I saw Bronner's on the Travel channel 2 yrs ago and knew it was a must see destination. It was as amazing as it was on TV. I love the store and will be back soon.

I made an order online and when I received my order one of the items was not what I expected. The people at Bronners were so easy to deal with and so helpful. My tree is populated mostly by dog breed ornaments. Bronner's has the best quality/price I have found so far--and I am always looking. Wish they had a ornament club or reward program, but love the wish list.

I have visited Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland at least 100 times. I am from Pa. but my husband goes on business trips to Michigan and we stay right in Frankenmuth. I was last there in July of this year and purchased some LED Snowflake lights. We just got them out to put up and one was not working. I called the store the next day and spoke to a customer service representative by I believe the name of Vicki. I have never been treated so kind from a store as she treated me. It was if I was not a customer but a friend. It was a pleasure to speak with her. The return was taken care of in record time. No problems but what a wonderful person. I only wish that other companies would take notice and do the same. Still my favorite place to shop Bronner's. We have brought many friends with us to Frankendmuth and all have returned for second and third visits. My husband and I will be there again soon. So, thanks to all the people that work at Bronner's and seem to have the Christmas spirit all year. So, Merry Christmas to all of them.

I needed an extint Christmas light replacement and a girl named Marsha was very nice and tried so hard to help me. You do not carry this item for a set for my train village that I've had for 15 years. But I liked her attitude so much ,I want you to know she is great. I have shopped your store for hard to fine things for at least 30 yeaars and was supprised you did not have this light.

Hi, I just wanted to say “Thank You” for making our Christmas special this year! My father in law many years ago… made a Christmas Star that we put in our yard every Christmas. He made it before my husband and I were married. It was used on their house for Christmas. Years later it was given to us when our children were young. I…LOVED…that Star!!!! Somehow in our move to our new place…it got lost! I have missed it so much!! I went searching online and found your star!! It measures 38” . Dad’s was at a lot bigger..40”!!! It was quite impressive! We had a 30ft pine tree we decorated and then the star high on a pole…it was REALLY PRETTY!!! ? You could see our lights from the other road across the field and way down the street!! I told my husband all I wanted for Christmas this year was to have a star to put out in the yard. It wasn’t dad’s… but it made my dream come true! He placed the order and it arrived in …..LIGHTENING SPEED!!!! ? Now let me set the mood!!! The Star arrived at noon that day! I had worked for days putting the lights on our fence…and the Christmas tree that once stood in the place that the Star would now be put. It looked pretty but it still didn’t seem complete without Dad’s Star! I was so excited…I got out the flag pole…..attached the Star and the cord to it…did a test to make sure it lit up….THEN….I WAS READY TO PUT IT IN THE HOLE TO STAND IT UP!!!!! NOW…let me tell you….so no one else tries this solo….. ? I wanted to surprise my husband before he got home from work!! ? A 5’ 4” lady CAN’T stand a 20ft flag pole with a Star attached to the top all by herself!!! I got out the 12ft step ladder & rested the pole on the top of it…NO…that wasn’t gonna work either!! ? I WAS DETERMINED!! It was about to get dark out!!! NOW what do I do??? ? A phone call to a wonderful neighbor and his grandson brought them to my yard to give me a helping hand to set it in place!!! VOILA!! PERFECT!!! ? I still miss Dad’s Star…but this one will work out just fine!!! I’ve got more ideas ….maybe attach some strings of white lites to the Star to make it look like it’s sitting on top of a big Christmas tree!! I’m like a kid when it comes to Christmas Lites!!! We just returned from a visit to your store on Feb. 15 and I noticed a flyer in my bag of purchases. It said Happy Valentines Day and on the back was a message about Christ's love for us. It was not overdone, just a subtle reminder of the one great love that matters most. I also noticed that your logo, CHRISTmas WONDERLAND has the first part CHRIST in capital letters to call attention to the real meaning of this season. Thank you for doing that and not bowing to those who want to strip God from everything we do or say.

We spent 2.5 hours in the store. Everyone was super helpful and patient as we selected ornaments for each family member and had them all personalized. The ornaments were shipped to our house and arrived safe and sound in carefully wrapped packages. Bronner's far exceeded our expectations.

My family and I have been cominging to Bronners for around 15 years On Oct.10th 2008 we were on our way again from youngstown Ohio. Just over the Michigan border we were i a severe car accident. One of my main goals was to finish our trip. I have been going through physical therapy for 3 years. The hope of returning to Bronners is one thing that drives me.
